Hey guys , here’s a little bit about my timeline
I’m filing through my mother who is a U.S citizen . Doing this with the help of a Lawyer .. back in 2015 my case was abandon so I had to reopen a new case which I did in 2019 by LAW my age remained at a pause to USCIS .
TIMELINE
Sept 2019 sent out applications which got denied
oct 2019 sent out application again with a letter informing the Law & to be looked at
oct 12 2019 forms are in process
oct 21 request for fingerprints
Nov 6 2019 fingerprints done
Nov 9 2019 USCIS Recieved fingerprints review
Dec 2 2019 USCIS sent out RFIE ( tax returns from IRS )
Jan 2 2020 sent out RFIE to USCIS
Jan 7 2020 USCIS Recieved RFIE & began working on my case
On day 83 and nothing yet about my case ...
How long did you guys wait to get a response from USCIS for either EAD or “ case ready to be scheduled “
