Need your valuable advice.
Hi,

This is Towhidul Mannan from Bangladesh. I extremely need your valuable advice regarding
my H-1B Visa as described below:

I took my H-1B Visa Interview at the US Embassy, Dhaka, Bangladesh on 25th May, 2006.
The Visa Officer took all my H-1B related documents and issued me a 221(g) saying that
"I will review the documents and contact you when all is complete." And returned my passport having an “Application Received” seal on the last page.

After 17 days on June 11, 2006 Embassy again called me to contact with the consular section
on the next day. On June 12, 2006 - I went to the Embassy and the Consular Section returned
my documents and again gave me a new 221(g) asking for two more documents:
1) List of all current H1B holders for my US Employer with their salaries.
2) Last 2 years Income Taxes for the Company.
and advised me to submit the new documents along with the previous docs again in any Sunday.

I contacted with my US Employer and they confirmed me that they will provide me the required docs
within 3 weeks of time.

So,What are the chances of my getting the VISA.
Waiting eagerly for your valuable advice.

With regards
Towhidul Mannan
