tourist visa refused
my father and mother are aged 62 years and 57years respectively.they were refused tourist visa U/S 214 [b],in october 2004 in their first interview.they had bank fixed deposits amounting to Rs.37 lakhs and land and house property worth Rs. 226 lakhs in india, in their combined name, with sufficent documentary proof for the above assets. both their children are in india. they applied for USA tourist visa for 6 weeks, with the sponsorship of a relative in U.S.A, who is a u.s citizen, for the last 18 years, now with an annual income of U.S $ 150,000.
no questions were asked about their assets or income of sponsor, during the interview for just 3 minutes.
can anyone suggest the next step to be taken for getting a tourist visa for my parents.
whether they can give a review petition through email or drop box ?
. or whether they can reapply through drop box, without, taking another appointment and going for another interview at Chennai, since my father is 62 years, and their finger prints were taken at the first interview
