Hi all,
I’m currently waiting for my interview to get scheduled but I have to go back to my country this Jan. I have my travel permit but I was wondering what happens if I reschedule my interview or traveled after my interview. I’m worried my interview is going to be scheduled during the time I’m gone so I want to be prepared. Will I have to wait months again or will they reschedule within few days/weeks ?
Also, if it doesn’t seem like I’ll get my GC before my EAD expires, can I request to extend my EAD?
