Travel question
My wife is a conditional resident. Last year she was arrested because of something she didn't do. She was charged with assault and harassment, but thank god the charges were dismissed and had a order of protection also. We want to travel to Dominican Republic. Do you guys think she will have a problem? I dont want nothing to happen to her. I dont want CBP to arrest her and put her into removal process because of this. Please respond with any experiences or knowledge
