Traveled with AP with deportation order
Just wanted to share my experience traveling with AP with a removal order on record. I am a TPS holder. Was nervous to travel on AP because of my Removal order that I received 2004 before i received my TPS status. received TPS 2010. Coming back everything went smoothly. The agent that was checking me and my brother didn't know what AP was so he had someone take my paperwork in the back to verify authenticity he took my fingerprint and pictures verify my address than he told me to hold on. Because the wait was taking a while he had me and my family go get our luggage while we wait. Then we met back with him where they inspect luggages. Someone brought back my paperwork about 15 mins later. While he started entering my info on the computer he received a call from someone that ran my name and brother saying they are good to go. Then he realize he doesn't have the stamp so i had to wait like 20 minutes waiting for him to figure out where the stamp is. While waiting I just asked him questions about the process. He was really nice answered all my question. Basically saying I just need to make sure your paper is stamped to make sure your travel is on record. Then I asked him about traveling again he said you are good to travel again. I asked him will i get my AP paper back he said yes because I will need it to travel again since it does not expire anytime soon. Finally someone came stamped both papers entered my info on the computer and taught the guy how to do it. I traveled with my husband, my three kids age 4, 5, 1 and my brother who also was traveling with his AP for the first time. He gave us both papers back. On the paper he put Paroled in till Jan 2018. I asked him what does that mean he just said that as long as I have the right documents I legally can leave and comeback till then as long as my AP is valid
