TSC I 485 experience
Hi everyone,
just wanted to share my I 485 time frame and experience with you guys and maybe hear your feedback and suggestions
So
09/29/2015 - filed my I 485, I 765 and I-131
Did my fingerprints in October 2015 (sorry dont remember the exact date)
12/14/2015 - USCIS sent me an RFE
12/19/2015 - recieved the RFE in mail
12/26/2015 - got my I 765 (EAD)
12/30/2015 - send my RFE response
12/31/2015 - USCIS transfered my I 131 application (travel document) to NSC (Nebraska Service Center)
USCIS never updated the I 485 application status after recieving the RFE response, it still says that they sent me an RFE on 12/14/2015 ( i was so nervous about it and thought that my RFE response got lost somewhere. I called the 1800 number and recieved an email saying that my case is in line and will be processed in the order it was recieved. So I guess they did recieve my RFE response.
2/26/2016 - I 131 application was approved
But there is still no update for my green card application and thats what I am concerned about. Does anyone know how long does it take Texas service center to respond after receiving the RFE response? it is more than 60 days now.
