Under review, how much longer?

Last Friday I got an email from USCIS saying my case was under review and I should expect a decision or other action shortly. I was thrilled about the email and had a good weekend because I saw many people had their status changed after they received such response from USCIS, however, until now I've heard nothing further and my online case status remains the same, no exciting mail coming in either. I start to lose hope again and called customer service this afternoon, and of course there is no decision made yet and they pretty much told me whatever I can see on my online profile.
I'd like to know if any similar experience do you guys have and how much longer I will have to wait. I had a trip planned at the end of this month going back to my country, and a combo card is in need. Please help. Thanks
