Adjustment of Status - I-485

I hope all is well & y'all are staying strong in this USCIS fight! I've been trying to get error on my case corrected over a month now I saw the supervisor at Newark no updates yet, (pls read my exp about mix up files w/twin). Hien twin came across my post & they decided to double check their A#s won't you know it same issue going with them 1 got their GC last yr the other has interview for Sept. I told them what I did, they went to their local office walked in -office don't take walk ins they're in California btw. They got a appt with Congress office last Fri, by Mon got call from the office stating uscis is aware of the mix up next day EAD went into production, waiting over 5 mos no EAD till now. Took 2 days for them to fix Hien case. I got email about the quick fix & was happy- they tried the way I did mine now it was time for me to try it their way thanks Hien!

I emailed my Congress office right away, called same time. Sec picked up & listen she told me some one will call me back, next day 8/23 I called back let her know no one call she said she was going to send my info to the person again who was not in yet but will be in the afternoon, 3:15pm got a call who is the director btw. She asked me to explain my issue after she said I'm sending you an email now, sign the release and mail/scan email & all my 797 with my twin info. I wish I was home when she called :) to send off immediately, 6:29pm sent her email. 8/24 1:53pm She emailed she recieved my docs & did the inquiry.

8/29 -9:10am recieved case status update by email/text stating they mailed me a RFE on my 360 petition it's the only petition I got update on, not 765/485. 1 week to the 6 months marked since I filed they're now getting to my case for a RFE I pray that he has to do with more of my twin info. If I didn't have the help of Congress office director I would of been dead to them for a good min. If you're having major problems like me go for it. BTW my 8/3 inquiry to correct the error was completed on 8/16 was mailed to me. No notice recieved to this did. Same day assigned to officer was assigned again on 8/15 .
