04/20/16(Wednesday): According to Fedex RFE package received by USCIS 9:00 am
04/21/16(Thursday): Status on my case changed "Response To USCIS' Request For Evidence Was Received"
05/05/16(Thursday): Got notification in the mail that I-131 was approved on 04/28 (Online status still show that "Case was Received")
