Hi all I hope everyone is doing well,
Anyway just to let y'all know after getting help from my Congress office on 8/24 about getting a new A#- on 8/29 case updated to we mailed you a rfe for additional info and we paused your case until we hear back from etc. I kept calling my legal rep to see if he got my letter they're so busy no one picked up ,it's been a frustrating 3wks just waiting long story short- I sent my sis to the office yesterday he had to go through all the mail to find my notice smh anyhow I got my new A# and getting the additional evidence they're asking for to go back out asap I have 60 days to respond but I'm trying my best to sent out next week as nothing is approve for me yet not even EAD. Btw I'm not marriage based. My Congress office sent 8/24 and the letter dated 8/25 my Congress inquiry was answered the next day. Pls read my other experiences if you want to know details. Next update will be after they got everything. For thecrestvof you on here just hang in there there's always some delays in life but God has the last say. Congrats to those who has received their EAD/GC. @Leeash its been a long journey Congrats! God bless
