Hello to everyone,
Here is a little update on my case. (previous post of mine you can see by clicking on my username).
I called USCIS 4 times since then, spoke to tier 2 officer twice, my third service request was reviewed and the decision was made that they need more time to review my case. I asked tier 2 officer to explain why she said that officer that got my case is probably overwhelmed with all the cases he or she has and they will give an answer within 30 days.
Meanwhile I have an ifnopass appointment next week and my husband wrote letter to our local congressman. Hopefully one of these will help. Field office NYC.

P.S. Here is my timeline just to recap.
Sent I-765, I-485, I-130 on July 25th, 2017.
On July 27th, 2017 form I-765 and I-130 was received.
On August 1st, 2017 fingerprint fee for Form I-485 was accepted.
On August 25th, 2017 I got my fingerprints taken.
