Adjustment of Status - I-485

Hi all, just so you gyyts know, if you realised that you did not send your affidavit of support or any important document that could result to a complete denial, please send it ASAP as soon as a decision is not yet made in your case. This is not a legal advice so dont come to me for it. But i originally submitted my application about 5-6 months ago. in december i found this group and while i was going through the posts, i realised that submitting AOS without affidavit is a straight up DENIAL. I asked for legal advice but was told to wait for an rfe as uscis will not consider unsolicited mails if i send it. I knew there wasn't going to be an rfe but a denial so i immedialtely sent it with a copy my NOA. Immediately i sent it, my case got updated to ready to be sceduled fro an interview and today, interview scheduled. USCIS is being run by humans like me and you and they understand that people make mistakes and in my case i corrected mine on time. I am so happy bc i ddint see myself refiling again, no money.
Long story short, If you feel something will help your file, SEND IT, and address it. Worst case scenario is that it doesnt reach your file but atleast you tried.
