UPDATE: I-765 approval letter
My work authorization finally got approved. Just have to wait to recieve the card now, do you know how long that will take? And will my SSN arrive too as I ticked that box.
Hopefully y'all remember, but im the one who was approved at my interview on 7th October for marriage based GC but ended up getting a RFE for I-944 in the mail, which we shouldnt have been required to send and also a new biometrics appointment which I think was sent in error.
Since my last post my I-130 was approved. I responded to the RFE, but still waiting to hear results. I attended my 2nd biometrics appointment yesterday and today i got my EAD approval letter. Online status hasn't changed for either apart from them saying they sent that RFE.
Will keep you updated on what happens next.
