2/2/2014 : First PERM. Got audited and denied due to lawyers mistakes after 18 months.
01/06/2016 : Second PERM filed (Priority Date)
05/06/2016: PERM approved
07/07/2016: Filed i-140, i-485, i-131, i-765. Filing concurrent EB2. Files sent to NSC
07/15/2016: Notice date from NSC
08/19/2016 : EAD/AP combo received for self
08/20/2016: EAD/AP combo received for spouse
08/19/2016: Biometrics date for Spouse. Rescheduled the date. New date 9/15/2016
9/1/2016 : Walk-in biometrics for spouse at a local ASC.
9/9/2016: Biometrics received for self. Date scheduled for 9/23
11/10/2016: I-140 and I-485 transferred to TSC for myself and spouse.
11/29/2016: I-140 upgraded to Premium
12/08/2016: I-140 approved.
01/19/2017: SR created for case beyond normal processing time. No response received.
04/07/2017: Emails received for the mailing of RFE notices for myself and spouse
04/13/2017: RFE mails received. Medical for myself and spouse. Additional bona fide marriage for spouse.
05/03/2017: RFE responses sent
06/19/2017: I-485 approved for self.
Still waiting on the decision for my spouse. Not sure how long the wait will be for that now. There's no reason to celebrate unless that gets approved. Hope they do it soon.
