Updated timeline
Here's my timeline so far:

2/27/2017-Application received
03/20/2017-Biometrics done
9/22/2017-Received Interview letter

My interview is scheduled for 10/19 and the website still says 'in line for interview', so check those mailboxes!

And I gotta say, I'm freaking out about the interview. I feel fine about the test itself, but I've had 3 tickets (1 in 2005 for speeding, 1 in 2015 for red light, and 1 in 2016 for not updating my safety inspection sticker). All under 500 and paid as soon as I got them, but I don't have proof of that to show if they ask.

Also, I'm doing my interview in NY where I've resided for 4 years, but my DL is from Texas- the DMV wouldn't let me get a new driver's license/state ID because my resident alien card was too old and has my two last names as compare to everything else under my name where I only go by my father's. Do you guys think either of these things will be an issue?
