Updated timeline and interview
Hello everyone, here is my updated timeline including interview experience:

Marriage based AOS from B1/B2 visa

05/20/2016: Married.
05/27/2016: Filed I-485, I-130 and I-765 with help of lawyer, sent to Chicago Lockbox. Included affidavit of support and medical form.
06/14/2016: Got NOA indicating case received, also received emails and text messages. PD: 06/08/2016.
06/27/2016: Received NOA of fingerprint appointment. Case assigned to Tucson, AZ field office.
07/15/2016: Fingerprint appointment.
Case tracker app/USCIS website didn't recognize my case receipt numbers until about 2 weeks after fingerprint appointment.
08/07/2016: Status on case tracker app changed to "Case ready for interview".
08/15/2016: Received NOA of interview scheduled.
08/24/2016: EAD status on case tracker app changed to "New card is being produced".
08/25/2016: EAD status on case tracker changed to "Case was approved". NOA saying the same received on 8/30/3016.
09/01/2016: EAD received. Next day got driver's license and updated SS card with no problem.
09/19/2016: Interview took place at 9:15 am.
We arrived 15 min before and our lawyer met us there, we were called on time and led by the IO to his office. He was very nice and our interview was very relaxed. He started by looking at pictures and asking how we met, from there it seemed like a very natural conversation. He asked about when my husband went to visit me in Peru and about who was present at our wedding, then he asked for any supporting evidence we brought and I gave him copies of life insurance, health insurance cards, car insurance proof and joint bank account statement. We mentioned we just bought a car together and he asked for our drivers licenses and compared we live in the same address. At that point he said our case was approved for I-30 and said that "the system" was down at the moment and he would update it as soon as he was able to. He proceeded to ask me all the yes/no questions and asked me about my background, where I was born, nationality, where I went to school, when I entered the country, what I was doing at the moment (I am a med student). After all the questions he said that everything looked good but since he couldn't access "the system" he couldn't view my background check and he needed to verify everything I said was true to approve I-485. I thought we were almost done and then all of a sudden he remembered something about my medical form, I guess the Dr filled it incorrectly and this was a problem. The vaccination section was incomplete according to the IO but since the Dr had checked of a box near the bottom of the form saying all the records were complete he said he would try asking his supervisor if it could pass. He said that if the supervisor said I needed to re-do we would get a letter on the mail with instructions and we should follow them (basically go back to Dr and have form filled out again and send back). The IO said the medical form changes all the time and this is a common problem. We were bummed but he seemed confident in approving our case and went on about what we would get in the mail and what we would have to do in 2 years to remove the conditions from the green card. He asked if we had any questions, asked us to sign some forms and gave us a letter saying our case was under review and that we should hear within 120 days. Later that day I checked the case tracker app and I-130 had been approved but no update on I-485 so I thought for sure I would have to re-do the medical form.
09/20/2016: I-485 case tracker app status changed to "New card is being produced." I was so happy and called lawyer just to confirm what it meant, sure enough later in the day the case tracker app status changed again to "Case was approved." In retrospect the supervisor must have said that the medical form was fine, I guess that simple check on the form saved us from having to have the whole thing filled out again.

We are now waiting for the approval letters as well as welcome letter and green card on the mail. I will update our timeline again when we get this, I hope my story will help someone. Everything for us has worked out very fast (under 4 months!) and I really think that having the lawyer put together all our documents kept us from any RFEs. Suggestions I read in this forum like keeping a folder with all the organized evidence (originals and copies) were also very helpful and I think that it showed the IO we were serious. I have read some IOs don't like looking through pictures but in our case he loved going through album after album (I brought like 5, we already had them) and he didn't ask to keep any pictures.

Good luck to everyone out there!
