Upgrade i130
Hello all,
I filed form i130 for my husband on January 2018, who is outside of USA. I became citizen in 14th September 2018 and I immediately upgraded the case calling USCIS. I got an email , after two weeks, saying that case has been upgraded and will get notice within 5 months.
I was just wondering do any of you have experience of upgrading case, do you know how long does the processing takes after upgrading because it has been already almost 9 months completed. And online status just showing that case has been received by USCIS.
