Guys, I have a quick question. I was having argument and fight with my wife, since yesterday. The fight didn't included being physical, but basically my wife was shouting, yelling and throwing things on the floor and crying for a stupid argument.
Someone from our neighbours called the cops and maybe told them that we were physically fighting. The cops showed up, didn't came inside the house but basically asked us to come to the door and tell them what has been going on. They asked us if we were using our hands on each other and we said no, we just said that we were having an argument and verbal exchange of dialogues in a loud manner.
They asked for our ids to put everything on the record and didn't gave us any citation but asked us to keep it down and be mindful of neighbors.
Do you think that this is something that's gonna be on the police record and may jeopardize our immigration status?
