URGENT HELP PLEASE !!!
Dear everyone ,
i got married to US CITIZEN after arriving on wavier visa
i have filed for adjustment of status on 1st May,
i got the interview on 26 of October today
today at my interview in Orlando i had very rude officer who is asking me nonsense questions, we had tickets that we went around the world together , car insurance in both names pictures, weeding invitations etc,
my brother who works as a doctor is my affidavit of support as my wife is still student, i should the officer that i have enough funds in my bank , and that we staying at my mom in law house . but the officer was so rude she kept fating during my interview and told me i need more evidence i will send you checklist by mail, once you get it you should reply to it and you might get second interview!!!!! my file has everything in it ,
and i explained to the officer that i need to leave back to uk to sell my property and transfer the funds to be able to get the beginning of the year to join university !!!
SHE SEEMS THAT SHE DOESN'T UNDERSTAND WHAT SHE IS DOING SHE DIDNT ASKED ANY QUESTION BELONG TO MY CASE
but she gave me a dirty look and says of you go OUT
guys has anybody has smiler situation ? and does anybody know what is going to happened ? and why the status online didnt change ?
