URGENT: I1485 application, missing birth certificate
Hello, due to the recent movements in EB category for India, I am now eligible for filing the I1485. But, unfortunately, don't have my birth certificate with me. Checked with my parents as well in India, and they can't recall if I ever had one. I was born in 1986 and after ~35 years, i think over the years it was just lost..
What options do I have? I have always used the 10th or 12th class marksheet as proof of birth in the past. Would that work? Alongwith say 2 affidavits from neighbors (my parents in India can help get these notarized).
