US Naturalization Interview and oath with name change
Boston Mass
We sent in the application with the request for name change in OCT-09
Got Fingerprinted in Dec-09
Interview on Jan 20th 2010, and got oath letter in the office on the same day for Jan 26th 2010. Interview was pretty simple, only question on name change was to confirm if we intend to change it!

Since we were traveling out of the country in couple of weeks and didnt want to deal with new US passport, visa and stuff, we requested to give us a later Oath date, the USCIS had NO issues with our request and will send us a mail with new dates (as per our request, some time after Feb-2010)

Wonderful experience!
