I successfully completed the payment process over two weeks ago, but the system continues to prompt me for payment, and I am still unable to proceed with booking a visa appointment. I have sent multiple follow-up emails but have not received any response or resolution.
Given the urgency of my situation — I need to travel to India as soon as possible due to a family emergency — I am unsure whether I should make the payment again or wait for your team to resolve the issue.
