We applied online and scheduled an interview at the US Embassy in London. We are currently working in the UK but non-UK and non-EU passport holders.

ME: Good morning (hand both our passports over)
VO: What is your reason for travelling to the USA
ME: We're going for holiday
VO: Where in the USA are you going?
ME: Vegas, LA and SF
VO: How long have you been living in the UK?
ME: Just under 2 years now
VO: Do you currently work in the UK?
ME: Yes we both work in the UK
VO: What do you guys do for a living?
ME: I am a Cost Accountant and my wife is an Engineer
VO: Thank you very much your visas are approved, please allow 3-5 days for processing and we'll email you when you can collect your passports. Enjoy your holiday.

We took all supporting documents with us, but they did not request to see any of it. I'd advise to take it with you anyway.
