Got new card is being produced 4 days ago for my EAD and today got this, On January 22, 2018, we reopened your Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization , Receipt Number MSCxxxxxx, and are reconsidering our earlier decision.
We sent you a notice that describes how we will process your case.
Please follow the instructions in the notice.
