Hello, I just had my biometrics appointment done yesterday and today I checked my online status of the case and it showed me that they suspended processing of my case because they need more information. They said that they mail me a notification where is going to explain what I need to submit. Do you know what information they would need? I think I submitted everything it was needed for the case.
