to my experience patient and prayer is the best of all things during this process ,to me those staffs at the can center at uscis r not dependable in most cases ,someone tell you something today ,the next day u call them u hear another story for the same issue. to my understanding they just tell you any information based on what they think might be happening but they will make it feel like they giving you information about what is really happening to your cases it would have been best if they station call center at each applicant processing field so when applicant r calling they know they calling the actual office processing there cases it would have been more helpful and then we all can know how long we waiting for . anyway that my view about the calling center .wish everyone best luck
