USCIS case tracker LOCKED for inactivity ??
Is everyone able to log into their on line tracker via the www.USCIS.gov and it works ok ? I check many times a day .. but all of the sudden I try to log on and I keep getting a message saying " account locked " !!! << your account has been locked for one of the following reasons : - Account inactivity OR Too many unsuccessful login attempts ... it was working fine as of few hours ago , of course in my case it was still saying " Interview completed and case must be reviewed " anyone else had encountered this ?? Please advise . Thank you
