Uscis Live Chat Representative??
Does anyone have any experience with the uscis live chat representative? Are they any better than the phone respresentatives? When u go to Emma the virtual assistant on uscis website and u can put representative and start a live chat with a representative. I spoke to a live chat representative and asked why my husbands case online had not been updated after his recommended for approval a few weeks ago and I was told that it was still pending and have to wait 90 days etc..... and just those kind of messages. I hung up and spoke to another live chat agent who seemed more helpful. Told me that everything looks good in the case and just waiting for final approval then oath ceremony? But right now there is no in line or anything just pending. Io told my hubby it can take from 30-60 days and no update after 3 weeks. Opinions?? Keep waiting I guess.
