Today I received a notice of denial of form i-130 because I did not attend to the initial interview, but guess what? I NEVER RECEIVED AN INTERVIEW NOTICE. Now me and my wife have to file motion to reopen and reconsider FORM i209b. How can this even be possible or fair?
