Hey All,
So what’s next?
After filing a case inquiry with USCIS, this is the answer I got by email:
USCIS records indicate your form N-400, Application for Naturalization, is still processing at the National Benefits Center. Regrettably, the San Bernardino Field Office is not able to provide you with a more comprehensive case status, as your physical case file and application are not located at our office.
In order for USCIS to provide you with a more in depth case status, you must once again call the National Customer Service Center for assistance. It is imperative you instruct the representative you speak with to send your request directly to the National Benefits Center, so USCIS can address your issue in the most expedient manner possible.
I called them today, and waiting for an hour, they said I can’t file a service request for another month!!! When requesting to talk to a tier 2 officer, they informed they will fall back after 20 days. Isn’t this excessive?
My application still at NBC after 14 months?!??
Any one can advise?
