USCIS POLICY MANUAL UPDATE & CASES UNDER REVIEW
Well, apparently the uscis updated their policy manual to focus on how to reject cases. Some of the negative factors seem to be absolutely ridiculous considering they are suppose to be forgiven if you marry a us citizen.
Anyways, how this will play out for us under review I have no idea. We are in the middle of a pandemic and instead of focusing on how to keep families together these folks are inventing new ways for us to somersault through the hurdles. It is almost comical at this time.
The irony would be if the interviewing officers are doing us favors by sitting on our cases until January. I called counsel just to ask a general question and was told that it can take 6-9 months to come to a decision after a interview, but months ago they told me just wait 2 months.
