And this is what I found. Many people got their interview scheduled/EAD card in production on following dates:

2/20/2019
2/24/2019
2/28/2019
seeing the volume of people on these dates seems like USCIS approves case in bulk on one specific day.
What do you guys think?
PS. I am desperately waiting for my EAD. Ready to schedule for interview on 2/24/2019
