USCIS RESPONSE
I had my green card interview in August. The officer said she will send us a letter which we received two weeks after the interview. We responded to the letter in September.Still My case status online says for i-485 “interview completed and case must be reviewed” and for I-130 “a notice explaining USCIS decision was sent on 08/13 ”. It’s been over 60 days and ild like to know how long it takes USCIS to update case status after receiving a response or if I can go ahead and raise a service request. Kindly help me with your suggestions.
