I just received my step child whole forms were rejected by USCIS that we should attach form I-944 and consider filling with the appropriate fees.
I paid I-130($535) I-485($750) during the first filling.
I have spent the whole day trying to find out what the new fees will be but I couldn’t figure out how much I should pay.
I seriously need help regarding how much I have to pay for the 7 year old boy.
Please note this is marriage based green card filling concurrently with the mother and they have already accepted the mother’s application.
