Adjustment of Status - I-485

Good morning everybody! First I want to congrulate all who got their GC and wish good luck for all others.

We made a sponsor (employment)-base application. We had our interview on 8/26/2019. It was a nice interview. We actually has a clean file and we submitted evrthing they required. Now, I really need your interpretation because our case history is really confusing currently. Here is our timeline I mean what we see on our accunt...

Interview Was Completed And My Case Must Be Reviewed September 3, 2019

Case Was Approved September 3, 2019

What could be the reason to reopen our file after it is already approved and card being produced? Are there anyone exprienced this kind of history before?

By the way this is my husbands history. We also made our GC application together as a family. My status is `Case Is Ready To Be Scheduled For An Inteview` and our kid`s is Interview Was Completed And My Case Must Be Reviewed September 3, 2019
