Yesterday USCIS has a webinar which they explained about the reopening and answered some questions... I will try to explain here the main subjects they approached:
1) Naturalization ceremony and interviews and will be the TOP priority now.
2) AOS of cancelled interviews due to Covid-19 will be the priority above all other process, but naturalization. New interviews won't be scheduled until they clear the ones they cancelled. They said some offices already started rescheduling and each office has their own pace.
3) ASC won't start until July 13th.
4) If your interview is scheduled, you can only enter into the site with a mask and you need to bring your own pen (blue or black) to sign forms.
So this is good news since there are a lot of bad rumors around. And this news comes straight from them, so these are the ones we should trust :)
