I had applied for Dropbox for H1b Fresh Stamping Visa since I had previously stamped H1b of 6 years and I got repicked in H1b lottery after cool-of period.
Documents sent : I-797, DS-160, Photo recent, Work Permit, BC Id

5 August - Application Refused (Long text message)
8 August - Email received to schedule interview. And reason provided was application dont qualify for drop-box.
So I am suspecting that Work Permit in Canada does not count as residency proof. Else I satisfy all the criteria.
