Guys whoever is planning to go to vancouver for H1b renewal, try to choose another location if you can. Most of the h1b renewals are handled by a chinese VOand he is putting all of them in administrative processing. In June atleast 2 cases without any issues were put in AP by him, he dint even check documents.
Same is repeating now in June. I got in touch with these guys and they said they were a group of 15 ppl who were in AP around that time , most of them by same VO- all H1B stamping and renewals. Most of them had to wait 3-5 weeks and one of them 6 months.
