Has anyone on here done VAWA or is in the process ???? If a person has already sent in their adjustment of status documents based on marriage to a U.S citizen, but unfortunately the person has to file for VAWA based on unforseen circumstances, will the person be able to keep her priority date that was recorded on the first application? What i want to know is if uscis will transfer the priority date from the first application to the i360 that the person is going to file?
Anyone who has knowledge of the questions that I asked, please reply...... Also, the person already has her EAD from the first application that was submitted, does anyone know if being as another application will be sent based on new application (i360) vawa, will the person be required bu uscis to give up her presebt EAD card??
