Hello so I have a situation. I am married to my long term gf. I was out of status for 2 yr she knew that. We got married. Suddenly I started to realize my Info is being missused. It was her. My credit score wenf too bad so many credits without paying all on my name. Getting expensive stuff on my name without letting me know and and then not paying. It was rough to find out and then she started to threaten me with uscis. Now I find out she is even cheating on me. I saw some texts. My question is should I file a case of vawa and tell cops about it. Or should I wait and collect evidence (please suggest what kind of). Or after my interview let them know?? I can clearly she this wont last long.
