My i130 got denied after my stokes interview and I have been issued 33 days to leave the country and my spouse is abusive and has threatened he is no longer interested in the relationship. Can I refile my application or just proceed to do vawa. What are my chances of getting a vawa approval at this point. Please I need help. Thanks
