VAWA application
i was married in 2066 and things never went as planned and even during our interview , my husband was high on something and we failed it . i decided to apply for VAWA because of the toxic abusive relationship
17th February 2021 - sent documents , applied for i485 ,i360,i30 and EAD all at the same time
23rd February 2021- received a NOA that all the forms were received and the next step was biometrics which i didn't get the letter .
called USCIS and they said they are using the old fingerprints .
anyone filled for VAWA before ? plz tell me the processing time . i can't work coz my EAD expired last year and wondering if i will get a work permit before my case is approved which i know takes over 18 months for a reply of approval or denial ....
