VAWA Background Check Expiration
I am NYC filer, applying for VAWA petition. My attorney made a delay to send my application. My Background Clearance certificate is getting expired in another 10 days. Does it delay my application process(Does USCIS send RFE)?. Do i need to send again a new NYPD BG certificate?
