VAWA work permit
Hello,
I was married to a US citizen. I have filed Vawa through a lawyer and my file reached there in first week of June 2020. They had sent I-360, 485 and 765 all together. I got letter dated July 17 for finger print on August 8, 2020 for work permit. I did get fingerprinted. Also on July 27 they issue another letter for request for additional evidence on my I-360 case. They basically asked for police clearance from my parent country. Does getting this RFE will put on hold the work permission case too or the EAD processing will not stop? Any idea on that?
