very long Interview for GC
Hello all,

My PD is Dec 15th 2016. After a couple of RFE's I received EAD back in May 2017 and was waiting for the interview since then. I got an update for the interview on 26th Oct 2017 and interview is scheduled for Nov 16th at Montgomery field office (I sent my package to Atlanta though).

My attorney have a heads up that interviews are very long at Montgomery field office, he had few clients who attended interviews before me. So I was prepared that It will be a separated interview.

We reached at 8 am (interview was at 8.15 am). Officer came to lobby and called me, so me, my wife and attorney went to him and greeted him. He asked me to wait in the lobby and took my wife along with attorney for the interview. He asked some regular questions to my wife, it went on like for 30 min. After she done, he called me in and sent my wife to waiting area.. He asked me like every expected question and every detail of the incidents. then moved to 485 questions and more proofs like lease copy, bills statements. He never asked for photos, taxes etc. My interview was little bit over one hour. At the end of the interview he gave me paper with all the questions he asked and my responses to them and asked me to check and sign if everything is correct. When Attorney asked what is your decision today, he said I will review everything and Let us know in 30 days.
I was wondering he did not interview us together, and not only to me my attorney said he had other clients interviewed in the same way and even I noticed the same thing when I was waiting in the lobby. They are separating every couple I saw from the beginning of the interview. I don't know what is happening?

Waiting really hurts ! Praying to God and hoping for the best.
