I have a question on obtaining Driving license based on I-797C for my wife.
I got my I-140 approved in the EB1 category on April 1st. Priority date is March 25th.
Sent I-485 package on June 6th. Received I-797C, NOA both for me and my wife on June 17th.
In my wife's I-797C, NOA, there is no priority date mentioned since she is dependent - I guess?
My wife's driving licence is expiring in two weeks. Can she get the driving license based on the I-797C, NOA? If not, any suggestion on how she can get her license renewed?
