4/4/16 - PD
4/11/16 - Received NOA in mail
4/28/16 - Received biometrics app letter in mail
5/12/16 - Biometrics done
6/28/16 - EAD approved
6/30/16 - EAD mailed
7/2/16 - EAD delivered to lawyer's PO Box
7/5/16 - EAD in had and applied for SSN
Hope this helps someone. I did raise a service request on day 76 for my EAD, I don't know if it made a difference as it was still within the 90 days timeframe but I figured it would not hurt.
