i485 held due to missing i130
Hello everyone,
I'm a gc holder and my wife had her i485 interview mariage based on 06/23/2016 in Baltimore field office, I've previously filed i130 that was processed in California and approved on 01/2016, During the interview, the officer went through the general questions but then said that she doesn't have the i130 physically on her files or record evethough she was able to confirm it is approved ,that she needs to request the i130 to California and she'll let us know, she did not mention if is going to be approved or not at that point but we would like to believe that it will be approved. She handed out a page that says that no additional documents are needed from us at this point. We would really appreciate any input or any idea about what could We expect.
