Chicago office. Receipt number not working.
So I have sent in all my documentation to the Chicago office which the PD date is April 21, 2016. Did my biometric from May 27, 2016 but still have not gotten any mail or anything pertaining to my EAD. Does anyone have any advice with how can I fix seeing like the status and everything with my receipt number because it is not been working for the longest while and when I called the office they were not very helpful. Also how long would you estimate for the EAD and the interview to be scheduled? Thanks for the help in advance I am really anxious.
